How Crobox pricing works

Crobox offers three packaged plans: Essential, Advanced, and Enterprise. Each plan bundles a defined set of experiences (Product Finder only; Product Finder + Campaigns; or the full platform) with a monthly allowance of shopper engagements and, on the higher plans, impressions. You can browse the full feature-by-feature comparison on our plans and pricing page.

The purpose of this form is to get the right plan, usage level, and AI feature set in front of you quickly. Once you submit, our team reviews your context and comes back with a concrete quote for the plan that fits — rather than asking you to self-serve through a price calculator that can't see your catalog.

What the plans include

Essential

Product Finder-only, entry-level plan tailor-made for small businesses. Includes a best-in-class Product Finder, account management support, and limited AI features. Covers 10,000 monthly engagements.

Advanced

Our most popular mid-tier plan, for medium-sized businesses. Unlimited Product Finders and Badging Campaigns, a dedicated specialist, and the full AI offering including automated data enrichment, benefit generation, and auto-translations. Includes 25,000 engagements and 2.5M impressions monthly.

Enterprise

The full suite: every experience (Finders, Comparisons, Campaigns, Recommendations, Review Summaries, Data Enrichment), consumer psychology guidance, personalized onboarding, dedicated team, and volume discounts. 50,000 engagements and 5M impressions included, with custom options beyond.

How engagements and impressions are counted

Two usage metrics drive plan sizing. An engagement is when a visitor opens a Product Finder and interacts with at least one page — a landing page or a question. An impression is when a visitor is served a distinct Crobox experience during a session (Campaigns, Recommendations, Comparisons, or Review Summaries). If you're not sure where your traffic would land, we'll help you estimate based on category traffic and finder placement.

What to include in the form

The more context you share, the faster we can confirm the right plan. Helpful details: your ecommerce platform, approximate monthly visitors, catalog size, which categories you'd prioritize first, and the languages or markets you operate in. If you'd rather walk through pricing live, book a demo and we'll cover it in the same conversation. Thinking of building in-house instead? Run the numbers first with our build vs. buy calculator.

How do I determine which pricing plan is right for me?

We offer several pricing plans tailored to different business needs. Our sales team can help you evaluate your website traffic and engagement goals to recommend the best plan for your company.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Our pricing plans are flexible, allowing you to choose the level of commitment that works best for your business. Please contact our sales team for more details on contract terms and options.

What does the onboarding process include?

The onboarding process includes basic configuration, training sessions, documentation access, and support to help you integrate Crobox into your existing systems. Depending on your onboarding package, it may also include advanced setup, customizations, and ongoing check-ins with an onboarding specialist.

Is there a one-time onboarding fee?

Yes, Crobox charges a one-time onboarding fee, which covers the setup and initial training needed to get your team started with the platform.

How does pricing work for small businesses?

Our Essential plan is best suited for small local businesses (D2C) with less than 20,000 monthly website visitors. Reach out to our sales team to see if your company qualifies.

Can I purchase additional engagements if needed?

Yes, if you exceed the number of engagements included in your plan, you can purchase additional monthly engagement bundles. These are calculated based on the average monthly visitors to your website and will be added to your monthly license fee.

What is considered an engagement?

An engagement is defined as any instance where a visitor interacts with experiences like Product Finders and Comparisons through clicks.

What does the monthly license fee include?

The monthly license fee includes access to the Crobox platform, as well as a predetermined number of engagements with the experiences chosen.

What's the difference between the Essential and Advanced plans?

Essential is Product Finder only, with basic analytics and a standard theme. Advanced unlocks Campaigns, Recommendations, Comparisons, Data Enrichment, A/B testing, localization, custom themes, and the full AI offering. Most businesses that move beyond a single Product Finder land on Advanced.

When does the Enterprise plan make sense?

Enterprise is for brands that want the full suite of experiences, advanced integrations (custom analytics, custom tech-stack integrations), a dedicated team, consumer psychology advice, and personalized onboarding. It also includes managed-service analytics and custom services.
